RETURN & REFUND POLICY (14 DAYS)

Voluntary right of return (14 days)

We voluntarily grant you a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order.
Within this period, you may request a return or an exchange.


Conditions for returns

The item must be in the same condition as when received: unopened, unused, sealed, complete and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defect, damage or incorrect delivery), the customer bears the return shipping costs.
Unpaid return shipments cannot be accepted.
Please retain the shipping receipt or tracking confirmation until the refund process is completed.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used products,
  • tea blends, food products or supplements once opened,
  • personalised products or custom-made items,
  • gift cards.

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.


Defective or damaged items

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Transport damage, defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours by e-mail:

Please include photos/videos and your order number.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by e-mail of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

If the refund has not been received after 15 business days, please contact us again.


Partial refunds & condition

A reduction in value may be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g. damaged packaging, missing accessories).
