Shipping Information – Swiss Dental Wellness

These shipping terms apply to orders placed through the Swiss Dental Wellness online store. Available shipping methods, shipping charges and delivery options depend on the destination country, the total shipment weight and, where applicable, the order value.

The shipping options, charges, currencies and conditions displayed at checkout for each individual order shall always apply.

Shipping within Switzerland 🇨🇭 and Liechtenstein 🇱🇮

Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are generally shipped with Swiss Post.

Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Free standard shipping on orders of CHF 99.00 or more is automatically displayed at checkout once the applicable order-value threshold has been reached.

Shipping to selected European Union countries 🇪🇺

We currently ship exclusively to the following selected EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping to other EU countries is currently not available through our standard online checkout.

Country groups used to calculate shipping charges

For the purpose of calculating weight-based shipping charges, the EU countries we currently serve are divided into two country groups.

Country Group 1:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Country Group 2:
Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

For shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 2 kg, the same base rates apply to both country groups. For heavier shipments, Priority shipping charges vary according to the destination country group.

Shipping weight refers to the total weight of the shipment, including packaging.

EU Economy Shipping: estimated delivery within 5–8 business days. This shipping method is available for eligible shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 2 kg.

EU Priority Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. This shipping method is available for eligible shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 30 kg.

Currencies for EU orders

The shipping rates shown in the table above are base rates in Swiss francs (CHF). Depending on the selected market, these amounts may be automatically converted and displayed in the applicable local currency in the online store and at checkout.

For most of the EU countries listed above, prices are displayed in euros (EUR). For Denmark, prices may be displayed in Danish kroner (DKK), and for Sweden in Swedish kronor (SEK).

The shipping charge displayed at checkout in the currency shown there shall always apply.

Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Free standard shipping on orders of EUR 180.00 or more, or the corresponding amount automatically converted into the local currency displayed for the relevant market. The free shipping option is automatically displayed at checkout once the applicable order-value threshold has been reached.

Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees for EU deliveries

As goods are shipped from Switzerland, deliveries to the European Union may be subject, depending on the destination country, order value, type and origin of the goods and applicable regulations, to import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges.

Unless such taxes, duties or fees are expressly shown at checkout as included, prepaid or collected by Swiss Dental Wellness, they are not included in the product prices or shipping charges calculated by Swiss Dental Wellness and may be charged separately to the recipient in the destination country.

The assessment and amount of these taxes, duties and fees are determined by the relevant customs and tax authorities and/or by the applicable shipping carrier or customs clearance provider.

The recipient is responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees charged in the destination country, unless they have already been expressly collected by Swiss Dental Wellness or shown as included at checkout.

Shipping to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Shipping to the United Kingdom is calculated according to the total shipping weight. Shipping charges for the UK market are displayed in the online store and at checkout in British pounds (GBP / £).

Shipping weight refers to the total weight of the shipment, including packaging.

UK Economy Shipping: estimated delivery within 5–8 business days. This shipping method is available for eligible shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 2 kg.

UK Priority Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. This shipping method is available for eligible shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 30 kg.

The applicable shipping charge is automatically calculated according to the total shipping weight and displayed before the order is completed. The shipping charge displayed at checkout shall always apply.

Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Free standard shipping on orders of £ 160.00 or more. The free shipping option is automatically displayed at checkout once the applicable order-value threshold has been reached.

Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees for deliveries to the United Kingdom

Shipments from Switzerland to the United Kingdom may be subject, depending on the order value, type and origin of the goods and applicable regulations, to import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges.

Unless such taxes, duties or fees are expressly shown at checkout as included, prepaid or collected by Swiss Dental Wellness, they are not included in the product prices or shipping charges calculated by Swiss Dental Wellness and may be charged separately to the recipient.

Customs duties, import charges and additional fees for international shipments

Important: For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the destination country may apply additional charges on top of the product price and shipping costs, including import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges.

Unless these amounts are expressly shown at checkout as included, prepaid or collected by Swiss Dental Wellness, they are not part of the product prices or shipping charges calculated by Swiss Dental Wellness and may need to be paid separately by the recipient.

Such taxes, duties and fees may be collected by the relevant authorities, the shipping carrier or an appointed customs clearance provider.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement at:

Please arrange your pickup in advance. We cannot guarantee that unscheduled pickups can be accommodated.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email after your order has been shipped.

For international shipments, final delivery may be carried out by a local delivery partner of the original shipping carrier.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

The delivery times stated for each shipping method refer to the estimated transit time after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. Processing time may therefore need to be added separately.

Business days generally mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All stated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Shipping to EU countries not expressly listed above is currently not available through our standard online checkout.

  • International shipping charges are calculated according to total shipping weight, destination country and available shipping method.
  • Available shipping methods may vary depending on the total shipment weight and destination country.
  • Product prices and shipping charges may be automatically displayed in the applicable local currency depending on the selected market.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping carriers, public holidays, increased shipping volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, handling fees or other import-related charges, unless these are expressly shown at checkout as already included, prepaid or collected by Swiss Dental Wellness.
