Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions & Pre-Orders

1. Introduction

This policy governs the conditions applicable to subscriptions and pre-orders at Swiss Dental Wellness. It explains how customers can manage, modify or cancel recurring deliveries.

These cancellation terms supplement our Return & Refund Policy (14 days).


2. Subscriptions (recurring deliveries)

2.1 Process and billing

  • Subscription products are shipped automatically at the selected delivery interval.
  • The delivery interval and duration are defined at checkout.
  • Payment details are stored securely and charged with each delivery.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

2.2 Managing, modifying or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions may be managed, paused or cancelled at any time. Management is available via the personal customer account:

Changes or cancellations apply exclusively to future deliveries. Orders that have already been shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.

2.3 Returns for subscriptions

For products delivered as part of a subscription, the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy (14 days) apply.


3. Pre-orders

3.1 Definition

Pre-orders relate to products that are still in production at the time of purchase or temporarily unavailable (e.g. new OH Tea batches or limited wellness editions).

3.2 Payment and shipping

  • No payment at checkout, or
  • partial payment at checkout, or
  • payment charged only at the time of shipment,

depending on the respective product. Payment details are stored securely until the order can be fulfilled.

3.3 Cancellation of pre-orders

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time as long as shipment has not yet occurred.
  • Once shipment has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In such cases, our return policy applies.

4. Returns and refunds

For returns and refunds relating to subscriptions or pre-orders, the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy (14 days) apply exclusively.
