1. Scope of application

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders and the use of the online shop operated by Swiss Dental Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”) at www.swissdentalwellness.ch. Any deviating terms and conditions of customers shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

3. User account & minimum age

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out via your account.

4. Offers, product presentation & conclusion of contract

All offers are non-binding. Product images may vary depending on the device used. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example in cases of suspected misuse.

5. Prices, taxes & shipping costs

All prices are stated in CHF. Unless otherwise indicated, prices exclude shipping costs and include/exclude VAT as shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import charges apply only if expressly indicated. The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Price changes and corrections remain reserved.

6. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g. credit and debit cards, TWINT, PayPal, PostFinance). By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted interfaces.

7. Delivery, shipping area & collection

Delivery is carried out within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post. Delivery times stated (Economy/Priority) are estimates. Risk and benefit pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider. Local collection is available by prior arrangement at: Swiss Dental Wellness, Rigiplatz 1, 8006 Zurich. 8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Subscription boxes

For recurring deliveries (subscription boxes), the intervals, conditions and prices specified on the product page and at checkout apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may be cancelled or modified at any time at the end of the current billing interval. Discounts granted as part of a subscription apply only for the duration of the subscription.

10. Personalised products & gift vouchers

There is no right of return for personalised products or custom-made items, except in the case of justified defects. Gift vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance remains valid until expiry.

11. Returns, refunds & notification of defects

We grant a voluntary 14-day right of return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Transport damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail to info@swissdentalwellness.ch (including photos/videos and the order number).

12. Warranty & liability

The statutory provisions of Swiss law apply unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to direct and foreseeable damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded. Mandatory statutory liabilities remain unaffected.

13. Intellectual property rights

All content on this website (texts, images, designs, trademarks, logos) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

14. Third-party tools & external links

We may use third-party services (e.g. payment providers, analytics or marketing tools). Such services are provided “as is” and are subject to the providers’ respective terms. We accept no responsibility for external links; liability rests solely with the respective operator.

15. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of the order or use shall apply. Material changes will be clearly indicated in the shop.

17. Severability clause

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, insofar as permitted by law.
