1. Scope

These Shipping Terms apply exclusively to B2B orders placed by approved business customers of Swiss Dental Wellness.

Orders placed by private customers are subject to our separate B2C Shipping Information.

2. B2B shipping markets

B2B delivery may currently be offered in particular to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, approved European Union markets and the United Kingdom.

Availability of a particular delivery country for an individual business account and order is determined by what is shown at checkout or in an individual quotation.

3. Minimum order values

The current B2B minimum order values are:

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 150
European Union: EUR 150
United Kingdom: GBP 150

Shipping charges, customs duties, import charges and other ancillary costs are generally not counted towards the minimum order value unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are added to the value of the goods and are generally borne by the B2B partner.

Shipping charges may depend in particular on the delivery country, total shipping weight including packaging, size of the order, available shipping method and any special logistics requirements.

The shipping charge shown at checkout for the relevant order or expressly agreed in an accepted quotation from Swiss Dental Wellness will apply.

B2C free-shipping thresholds do not apply to B2B orders. Free or discounted B2B shipping applies only where expressly shown at checkout for the relevant order or individually agreed.

5. Shipping methods and delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown, where technically possible, at checkout or in an individual quotation.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a binding date has expressly been agreed.

Processing times, customs clearance, regulatory checks, transport disruption or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Swiss Dental Wellness may extend actual delivery times.

6. Customs, import taxes and clearance charges

Cross-border B2B deliveries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, carrier handling charges or other import costs in the destination country.

Unless expressly shown at checkout, on the invoice or in an individual agreement as included, prepaid or collected by Swiss Dental Wellness, such amounts are not included in the product or shipping prices charged by Swiss Dental Wellness.

They are generally borne by the B2B partner or recipient and may be payable directly to authorities, carriers or other responsible parties.

The B2B partner is responsible for providing accurate business, tax, customs or import information required for clearance.

7. Delivery address and acceptance

The B2B partner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any other information required for delivery.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, a refusal of delivery attributable to the recipient or an unauthorised redirection may be charged to the B2B partner where legally permissible.

8. Transfer of risk

Unless otherwise expressly agreed and to the extent permitted by law, the risk of accidental loss or damage to goods in a B2B delivery passes to the B2B partner when the shipment is handed over to the carrier appointed for transport.

Mandatory legal provisions and expressly agreed alternative delivery terms remain unaffected.

9. Transit damage, shortages and incorrect deliveries

Shipments should be inspected promptly after receipt. Visible transit damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries should, where possible, be documented at delivery and reported to Swiss Dental Wellness without undue delay.

Please retain packaging, shipping labels and supporting evidence until the claim has been resolved.

10. International returns

International returns must follow the shipping and customs instructions provided or expressly agreed by Swiss Dental Wellness.

Please do not arrange chargeable customs clearance or special return shipping in the name of Swiss Dental Wellness without prior approval.

11. Collection

Collection from Swiss Dental Wellness, Rigiplatz 1, 8006 Zurich is available only by prior express agreement.

12. Relationship with the B2B Terms and Conditions

Our B2B Terms and Conditions also apply.

Individual written delivery agreements or accepted quotations prevail for matters specifically covered by them.

13. Language versions

These Shipping Terms may be provided in several languages. In the event of an unintended discrepancy, the German version will prevail to the extent legally permissible.
